When storms strike and outages occur, Diverse Power is often flooded with calls. Having the correct contact information helps us to access account information at a lightning pace.
In addition, by using the My DPI mobile app to report outages, consumer-members are able to monitor outages in real-time as well as bypass the calling queue and avoid possible busy signals experienced with high volume call-ins.
Between Aug. 1 and Nov. 30, 2019, update the contact number/information we have on file for your account, and you will be automatically entered into a drawing to win a 55-inch flat screen TV!
One entry per consumer-member who qualifies. Check and update your information by using one of the following methods:
· My DPI mobile app.
· Customer Service Portal at diversepower.com.
· Call toll-free at 1 (800) 845-8362.
· Visit us at either Diverse Power office.
Winner will be contacted directly and announced via Facebook on Friday, Dec. 6.
