News From Diverse Power
- chicken seasoning of choice
- 4 pounds wings (drummettes and flats)
- 1 gallon vegetable oil
- 1 lemon
- 1 lime
- 4 tablespoons butter

Season and fry wings in oil at 350 degrees until golden brown. In the meantime, slice lemon and lime into quarters. Heat butter and hot sauce to your liking. When hot sauce starts to bubble, pull from heat and let sit for 5 minutes.
When wings are ready, pull from grease and drain. Place wings into bowl and add hot sauce, lemon and lime. Stir until all wings are coated. If too hot, add a pinch of sugar to cool.
